I was approach by the creator of the re release of Wonderboy 3: The Dragon's Trap, Omar Cornut, fo make a sculpture of his favorite character from the his game. Having been a fan of the game since I was nine years old, I could hardly refuse. the fact that the re release of the game was what got me back into 8 and 16 bit art, didn't hurt either.
